What you'll be doing

As a Technical Writer, you'll join the Training team within our Operations division where you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining technical documentation for the Carma platform to ensure that our end users and system integrators have the resources they need to effectively use and deploy our product.

You'll get to know our Carma platform, the people who use it, and the technicians who deploy it into new businesses. You'll build upon your knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the unique roles that support data centers and information infrastructure. And you'll coordinate with project managers, assisting with customer onboarding and product releases.

Expect to leverage your technical writing skills, knowledge of software and coding, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with internal teams, including software development, customer support, and project management; as well as system integrators rolling out Carma to new businesses; and end users. Most of all, you'll have clear direction and supportive leadership that trusts you to exercise your superior analytical, logical, and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver real content with real results.
