Position Summary / What you’ll be doing:

As a QA Engineer, you'll join our Development team where you’ll be at the heart of our ongoing customization, enhancement, and support efforts, ensuring our product remains best-in-class. Your contributions will be vital in the stability of our platform and customer happiness, making you an essential part of our success story.

You will be a key player in the automation and manual testing of product enhancements and customizations. You will get to work closely with our Development teams to deliver high-quality solutions where your meticulous nature will be critical in learning our systems, finding bugs, and automating complex tasks. Every day you will get to dive deep into complex business processes and workflows to identify gaps in solutions and validate against requirements, ensuring clear and effective communication to drive success.

  • Compensation: $120-$150k, target 10% annual bonus, stock options, group health insurance, 401k, RTD Ecopass, onsite gym membership

Position Responsibilities / What you’re responsible for:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.

  • Execute test cases and report defects in a clear and concise manner.

  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and tools.

  • Automate test cases to improve efficiency and test coverage.

Position Requirements / What we're looking for:

You'll need to have...

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.

  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Even better if you have...

  • Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Playwright).

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript).

  • Experience using Azure DevOps

  • Experience with performance and security testing

  • Participation on software project(s) with a team of 5 or more

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
